Be careful I was having my Debt card delivered to the bank. My current card lapsed and expired and new card was issued and delivered to the bank where it sat until I went in to inquire about the status. The tellers were unable to tell me anything but the person who took care of these matters would give me a call when she got back from lunch at 12:00 noon. I finally called at 12:50 and The person stated that she did not know why the new card was deactivated but she could order me another one and it would be here with in a week to a week and a half. Now the bill that have to pay will be late because even if I drew the money out went to another bank started another account it would be as late as if I would keep the money in this account. I wouldn't go with this bank!!!!
I have never had better and more consistently great service than I have with Iowa Falls State Bank, They treated my dad like family (and he was difficult!) and have always strived to provide fast and efficient service, regardless of who they are serving. I left the state of Iowa long ago, but will always do business with IFSB. They care. (thank you!)
