I have bought several cars over the years from different dealerships all over the country and this was by far the most pleasant transaction I've ever had. My daughter and her husband had recently bought a Jeep from them and strongly referred them to me. Tim and Jerry were two of the nicest and helpful people. And there were other people in there doing business and everyone looked like they were having a good time. No pressure and worked hard to get me into a car. I will definitely go back next time I need a vehicle. Thank you guys!!

Stephanie and another lady, who’s name I’m unsure of, are by far the most unpleasant and unhelpful people I’ve encountered in any service dept in 25 years. They tried every thing in their power to not honor a 12 month warranty on a part I purchased from them. And as it began to be clear that they would be forced to honor it, the more unpleasant they became. They did, however, have the part in stock both times when others did not.
Great local customer service. Always pay attention to the little details that make doing business with them so easy and such a pleasure. Lucky to have such a great dealership in Iowa Falls.
