First off this was my fault to start with. I found out that I had a unpaid bill for 143 dollars. Now I also carry dental insurance so Dr Mill had most of his money. I called up there with a broken tooth. The person that I talked to gave me many time options that day to get the tooth fixed. Then another person got on the line and informed me that I had a bill...and I would not welcomed there till the bill was paid. I told her that I didn't know anything about it, but would bring the payment. She said that it was sent to collections, and I could pay them. Once it was done, then they would be willing to see me. Now I did not know about this till I called up. I have been going to Dr Miller for over 20 years and have always had dental insurance. My advice is to find a Dr that has a understanding of the patient needs. I realize they need to be paid, and that was my fault, but to leave a person hanging, is the type of person they are. The check was sent out today......but I will never be back....And I told them that.....and she said that it worked for her
