Very disappointed with the service that happened at our residence. Male chauvinism is a term used to describe the belief that men are superior to women. In which I feel exactly was the situation in which they treated our landlord. She was very professional, intelligent and nice. However when she asked questions to these gentlemen they certainly treated her with misogyny or like she was inferior to them. She has been a landlord and has remodeled homes for years now and knows a lot and can understand more than they think she could. So when her male contractor showed up and asked questions then they felt compelled to answer however only if the questions that she previously asked were re worded by her male contractor. Nothing got fixed by them and they came out twice. To be honest I feel that my landlord should not have to pay for services that were not rendered as our landlord had another company come out and augered out a clog!
I usually do not write reviews. However, I just cannot let this go! When someone is a paying customer, then use customer service. I really had to bite my tongue when you guys came out to our home for a blockage and treated my landlord like we were back in the 60's and have no rights. Yes, we both were women however if you cannot answer or explain things or acknowledge a customer then you will continue to lose business.
Had some older guy come and fix the drain in our basement. He was incredibly rude and blamed my wife for flushing tampons. My wife has been pregnant for the last 9 months and hasn't even had a period, yet he insisyed that it was her fault for the clog. And was incredibly obnoxious. Screaming about the tampons outside. Everyone could hear him, neighbors and all. Really disappointed. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend these douche bags.
This is not my first unsatisfactory rating about Rota Rooter I had problems with the Ames service provider as well. Not rendering service they came out twice and did not get the clog. SAVE YOUR MONEY
We had several roots blocking the sewer. These guys came out, ran a small jetter down to cut the roots out, pushed a camera down to look, removed all roots with a larger jetter, and ran the camera again to confirm that the job was complete. Great job and timely service!
